LINEMO SIM セットアップ

8インチスマホ(タブレット)FPad3にLINEMO SIMをセットアップ

LINEMOから送られてきたSIMをFPad3に装着するがONLINE にならない

リブート繰り返しても症状改善せず

APN が自動で設定されていないことに気が付いたのでマニュアルで設定

しかし、症状は改善せず

すでにLINEMOにはつながっているのだが、ずっと「一時的に利用できません」という状況

LINEMOにつながってしまっているため、MNP元のdocomoは既に圏外になっている

MNPとしては完了の状態

色々調べた結果、FPad3にSIMを装着する前にWiFiを使って指定されたLINEMOサイトで、まず、MNP完了のための切り替え手続きをしないとだめなことがわかった
手続きのためには、LINEMOから送られてきているメールに記載されているURLをクリックしないといけないのだが、メールアプリを起動するためには、２段階認証でSMSを受信する必要がある

。。。のだが、ONLINEになってないからSMSが受信できない

。。。前のスマホも圏外になってるのでSMSは受信できない

OMG、やっちまったな

なので、メールの２段階認証を外すところからやらなければならない状況となった

めんどくさいけど、しょうがない

男は黙って、メールのセキュリティ設定を変更

変更完了後、WiFi使って、メールアプリを起動して、メールを開いて、URLをクリックして、LINEMOサイトで切り替え手続きを完了

これで大丈夫と思った。。。が、まだ、だめ

あと、考えられるのは、APNの設定で勝手にIPv4になっていて、LINEMOの説明で、ここは設定しないとなっているのに、無設定の選択肢がなく、おそらく、LINEMOのAPNの内容からはIPv6が必要そうなので、無設定ができないので、IPv4/IPv6に変更
すると、ONLINEになった。。。

ようやく、ひと段落、めでたし、めでたし

おまけ：

Googleデータは旧端末とUSB-C接続で新端末に移行できた。。。
SMSデータ(かなりの量のメッセージ)が無事移行できてよかった
USB-C接続方式は便利

ほとんどの、アプリとアプリデータが新端末にコピーできた

いままでだったら、Google Drive経由でリストアしなきゃいけないから、バックアップなしで機種変更するわけにはいかなかった

今回も事前にバックアップしていたのだが、結果、使わないで済んだ
FPad3というかAndroid13の親切機能なのかもしれない
でも、安全のため機種変更のときは、バックアップはしておく方がいい

USB-C接続方式が使えるかどうかは、わかんないので

大事なところをメモ

肝臓専門医の栗原毅先生が提言：「休肝日不要」「人生最後の日までお酒を楽しむ」

・生ビールとポテサラは肝臓にWパンチ

・500mlの生ビール＝20グラムのアルコール⇒肝臓はフル稼働

・じゃがいもは糖質たっぷり⇒肝臓は分解・代謝のため、さらに稼働

・すきっ腹に生ビールとポテサラは無防備な肝臓に先制ワンツーパンチ

どうするかというと

・ビールをノンアルコールビールで割る

・ノンアルでビールを割る⇒700mlのビールを飲んだ気分になれる

・つまみも糖質オフ、糖質控えめ

・枝豆、冷ややっこ、卵焼き、きんぴらごぼうや焼き魚など

・油はアルコールの吸収を遅くする⇒から揚げ、オリーブオイルでカルパッチョなど

・油を使っていてもフライドポテトなどはNG

・ほかに糖質が多いのは、マカロニサラダ、焼きそば、チヂミ、たこ焼きなど

・おしゃれにフルーツをつまみにウイスキーやブランデーを飲むのもアウト

・アルコール分解がスムーズにいかなくなる糖質の多いメニューはすべてアウト

休肝日ではなく日・週単位でアルコール量を管理

週に1回は休肝日とも言われるが休肝日の翌日に飲みすぎては意味がない

アルコール量を管理するのが合理的

1日20～40グラム、週140～280グラムまでが許容範囲の目安(健康な人)

・飲酒量と死亡率の相関関係は「Jカーブ」

・適度の飲酒を習慣にする人は死亡率が下がる

・一方で飲みすぎの人は死亡率が上がる

# Geiger Counter
If you need exact energy of radiation, Geiger-Mueller counter is not enough because it's mainly to count the radiation if it passed by.
Also there is no counting period just after counting.
However, counting radiation can be a good measurement as a guide.
Otherwise you have to buy an expensive equipment such as made of hyper-pure germanium (semiconductor).
Or you have another choice more cheaper one known as Scintillation counter based on luminous material by radiation.
Unfortunately, only Geiger-Mueller counter is popular today.
However, in many case, if you have Geiger-Mueller counter, you can know the energy by translating method if you know the sensitivity of the Geiger-Mueller counter.
Some counters have show energy automatically, however, with not small tolerance.
The sensitivity is not linear depending on the gamma lay frequency.
